This online application system is intended for students and graduates of SCE award programmes (Full-time or Part-time), and current students of the following HKBU award programmes to apply for transcript of academic record*:

• Higher Diploma programmes offered by the Academy of Film (AF)
• Self-funded Top-up degree programmes offered by CIE
• Associate Degree programmes offered by CIE
• Taught Postgraduate programmes offered by SCE
• Undergraduate programmes offered by SCE
• Higher Diploma programmes offered by SCE

* also applicable to students who have officially withdrawn from studies.

For graduates of the above-mentioned HKBU award programmes, please submit applications to the Academic Registry of HKBU.

• This system accepts payment with Credit Card, PPS, Alipay, AlipayHK, FPS, BOC Pay/UnionPay QR Code and WeChat Pay. Applicants should register with the respective issuing banks for online payment before submitting the application.
• For verification purpose, applicants should submit a copy of HKID Card/Passport/Student ID card (in jpg or pdf format) at the time of application.
• The application will be processed only when all documents and application fee are received via this system.
• An acknowledgement email will be sent to applicants after their successful submission of the application and on-line payment. Applicants should contact the SCE Registry during office hours (Registry Hotline: 3411 5467), or resubmit application if they do not receive the acknowledgement email.
• Paper application is acceptable for applicants who wish to pay the transcript fees by other payment methods such as cheque, cash, EPS or Octopus Card, or do not have a soft copy of the HKID Card/Passport/Student ID card at the time of submission. Completed application form could be delivered in person or by post. Please refer to the form for details.

• Transcripts issued for SCE award programmes carry information including student's personal particulars, programme enrolled, admission year, grades attained, course hours and study status.
• For transcripts issued for HKBU award programmes, information including student's personal particulars, programme enrolled, admission year, grades attained, units attempted and gained, and grade point averages (GPA) is indicated.
• The transcripts are available in two types: Official Transcript and Transcript (Student Copy). The application fee is as follows:
  SCE award programmes: First copy is HK$80 and extra copy is HK$25 each. Fee for Official Transcript and Student Copy is counted separately.
  HKBU award programmes: Official Transcript is HK$70 each and Student Copy is HK$50 each.
• All fees paid are non-refundable.

• Application for transcript normally requires 10 working days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and school holidays from the date of receipt of the application). In case of any special situation, the School will inform the applicants individually.
